About the Tore Tore association
The Tore Tore Association, established in September 2005, works as a non-profit organization dedicated to the protection and preservation of sharks in French Polynesia. Our team is made up of enthusiasts committed to an essential mission: ensuring the survival of these magnificent marine creatures. Our primary objective is to raise awareness in Polynesian society of the crucial place of the shark, both culturally, environmentally and in the tourist economy. Recalling this importance within our community is an essential step to promote harmonious coexistence between humans and this emblematic species of our waters.
